We will be giving three (3) of these Premium Ads away a month to the realtors with the top 3 advertisement (most ads listed on our site) entries for the current calendar month. These are free to the top 3 realtors and only the realtors with the most ads will be listed in this area. It will be done automatically the first of each month. It is important that each realtor have a profile done about themselves as this is the ad that will get premium placement.
If you are a mortgage specialist, financing company, mortgage broker, or anyone other then a realtor or private home/property seller we have 7 premium ads available on a monthly basis. These premium spots will be limited to a total of 10 to give you maximum exposure. It is important that you contact us as soon as possible for your placement; otherwise your ad will be placed on a waiting list.
